What motivated you to be a personal trainer?

My desire to help people achieve something meaningful to them

I make it a point to talk about their goals and remind them what they’re working towards

Not paying attention to their client while they’re training them 

When someone finds out you’re a personal trainer, what question do they always ask you?

People tend to ask me if what they’re doing to lose weight is the right thing to do

Travel through Europe – France, specifically
