The consultation is a conversation-based session where we learn about your goals, health history, and training background so we can build your program. Workouts and InBody scans begin once you officially start training and everything is tailored to you from day one.

No. We do not offer sample workouts because every program is customized. The assessment during the first session ensures the training plan is built correctly before sessions begin.

The Summit offers a fully private, distraction-free, one-on-one training experience. Every session is customized by a trainer with a college degree, focused on long-term results, and supported by structured accountability, progress tracking, and expert coaching. No crowds, no memberships, no generic workouts — just personalized, data-driven training.

We work with clients of all fitness levels — from beginners to experienced athletes — who want expert guidance, efficiency, and measurable results. Whether your goal is strength, fat loss, mobility, injury prevention, postpartum recovery, or healthy aging, your program is built specifically for you.

The Summit is a private 1-on-1 personal training studio — not a public gym. No memberships, no waiting for equipment, no crowds.

No. Training is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime with notice. Clients stay because they see progress, not because of long-term contracts.

Yes. We frequently work with clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic pain, or looking to train safely around orthopedic limitations. Your trainer will design a program that protects your joints while building strength, mobility, and confidence.

Yes! Every client has a different definition of results. For some, it’s losing the 10 pounds they gained over the last year. Each client trains at one location to ensure consistency with the same trainer. This structure supports better results and progress tracking.

Both studios are private, appointment-only spaces equipped with brand new, top-of-the-line Technogym strength and cardio equipment. There are no crowds, no distractions, and only one client per trainer at a time.

Our Services

Yes. Every session at The Summit is 100% private and one on one. You’ll train directly with a trainer with a degree in exercise science who customizes your program around your goals, fitness level, and any physical limitations. Our approach provides personal attention, precise form coaching, and measurable results in a calm, professional environment.

Yes. Every personal training client receives an InBody 570 body composition scan at The Summit and we also offer them for a fee for non-members. This assessment provides a detailed breakdown of muscle mass, body fat, and hydration levels, allowing your trainer to design and adjust your program using accurate data to measure real progress over time.

Yes. Nutrition support is included with all personal training programs, and expanded one on one nutrition counseling is also available. Our trainers help clients build sustainable eating habits focused on protein intake, energy balance, and nutrient quality to improve strength, body composition, and recovery.

Yes. The Summit provides personalized strength and conditioning programs for adults of all fitness levels. Each program focuses on improving muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and total body performance through structured, science-based workouts in a private studio setting.

Yes. Mobility training is an essential part of every client’s program at The Summit. Our trainers focus on improving flexibility, range of motion, and joint function through guided mobility exercises that enhance movement quality, posture, and overall comfort.

No. The Summit only offers 1 on 1 personal training to ensure every client receives individualized coaching and programming.

Yes. All clients receive baseline nutrition guidance. For deeper support, such as custom meal strategies, tracking, or accountability, expanded nutrition counseling is available for an additional fee.

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Training is billed monthly based on your selected session frequency and length. Payments are made online via ACH or credit card.

The Summit offers several month to month personal training packages designed for flexibility and convenience. These plans allow you to train consistently without long term contracts, and can be adjusted at any time based on your schedule, goals, and needs. Training & Results

Sessions are either 30 minutes or 60 minutes, depending on your preference and goals.

Most of our personal training clients train 2–3 times per week. Your trainer will help you decide what is appropriate based on goals, schedule, and recovery.

We use InBody scans, strength progressions, mobility assessments, and performance milestones to measure changes in muscle, fat, and functional ability.

No. Your program is built around your goals. Strength training builds lean, toned muscle, not bulk, unless you specifically want to train for size.
