Our mission is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals with a personalized training regimen. In order to get our relationship started off on the right foot, we like to offer a complimentary consultation, where we chat about your goals, get an understanding of how we can help you achieve them, and match you up with a trainer who will root you on as you transform your life.
What to expect
The consultation, at its core, is a chance for us to get to know you and for you to tell us what you’re looking for. We like to understand what areas you want to focus on, and any fears or discomforts about gyms or training that you may have, so we can work with you to accommodate them. Once we have a good understanding of how we can help you best, we’ll pick the best trainer for you.
You tell us your goals
The consultation starts with you telling us what you’d like to accomplish. We’ll chat about your general health, your current exercise regimen (or lack thereof, we won’t judge!), and any medical or injury history that will affect your training. We’ll pass this information to your trainer so they have everything they need to know to help you.

We’ll introduce you to the The Summit philosophy of positivity and dedication. We’ll also tell you everything you need to know about pricing, logistics, and membership.
If you’re ready, you can sign up immediately
If you’re ready to sign up by the end of the call, we can do it right over the phone. You’ll get your account info, and we’ll schedule your assessment with your trainer, which would be your first paid session. During your assessment, your trainer will build off of the information learned during the consultation and have you perform different exercises to determine your skill level, current fitness, and what you’re comfortable with. With this information, your trainer will create your personalized training plan.
